Vodafone Egypt, FSC had a major role in the entire revamping process of the Vodafone One Loyalty Program. FSC provided all the required technology to enable Vodafone One to attain a full online system as well as supply all participating outlets with the necessary equipment to enable Vodafone One customers to transact seamlessly. An estimate of 1650 Point of Sale plus will be provided throughout participating outlets by the end of the deployment process in 2015.

 

Visa Internationl FSC was awarded two contracts in 2009 & 2010 from Visa International Cairo office to conduct a quality assurance program on the acquiring business across all of the Egypt. The program aimed at insuring that Visa card holders get the best experience when using their cards at merchants to buy goods or services.

 

National Bank of Egypt (NBE), FSC was awarded a contract with NBE in 2009 to extend field services & merchant support services to NBE merchants network. The project objective was to enable NBE manage more effectively their merchant network and offer the merchant superior services to distinguish NBE as the leading acquiring bank in the country.

 

Aviation Information Technology Company (AVIT), In 2009 FSC was awarded a contract to provide merchant support services to AVIT in their food subsidy project “Tamween”. The contract calls for extending all merchant support services to some 12,000 merchants that sell subsidized food items to Egyptians holders of the “Tamween” card. The 12,000 merchants supported 10 Million Egyptian families spread across 12 governorates across Egypt.
