Field Service Management

This function is responsible for managing the relationship between FSC and BANK merchants, starting from receiving the Merchant Application Form (MAF) from BANK, and ending with terminal withdrawal from the merchant site.

The site governorate / city will be selected from dropdown menu (COMPO BOX).  This will automatically link the site to a specific service center.

The system facilitates either adding the MAF manually or through file uploading. When adding MAF to a certain site, the system automatically selects a terminal from the inventory and generates a terminal ID, thus reserving the terminal in the warehou
